Established in 2002, Zhejiang Aohong Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Aohong”) is located in the City of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.
Aohong is committed to manufacturing quality brake shoes, and fittings for heavy-duty trucks and trailer braking system. And truck products including the truck hoists assembly with hydraulic cylinders, power units ,lifting system.

Our in-house inspection capabilities include mechanical inspections using of the CMM, (coordinate measuring machine), hardness testing, thickness gauge for measuring,thread gauging, electronic document control, digital calipers & micrometers, lot traceability, process capability studies, gauge R&R studies and inspection accuracy to 0.00005″ (0.001mm).
Our Calibration Program assures Aohong’s metrology is functioning properly and kept in compliance both in-house and at our partners. We continually monitor all associated metrology and gages in all of our production facilities.

Process Optimization and Mould/Fixture Design
In today’s current competitive market, manufacturers continue to seek new ways to become more efficient and cost effective with their production processes. Unfortunately, many decision-makers are wearing too many hats and cannot allocate the time or resources to find a solution. However, Aohong has helped many of our clients alleviate some of these problems by providing Process Optimization and Mould/Fixture Design as a value-added service.
